Made from carefully selected wheat, our baguettes and white bread at Fournils de Constance have a beautiful white crumb. That’s because the wheat grain kernels are always milled separately. Their shapes reflect the diverse regions of France.

Boulots and Bâtards

Range description: 

Available in two sizes (250 and 500g), our white boulots have a deliciously soft crumb.
Moulded and rolled in flour, they can also be used to make pains platine.
